Kas oled valmis proovima midagi täiesti uut ja põnevat? Meie 4-nädalane aerial hammock kursus on mõeldud algajatele, kes soovivad alustada nullist – varasem kogemus pole vajalik! Treeneri juhendamisel õpid samm-sammult, alates lihtsamatest poosidest kuni keerulisemateni. Kursus aitab arendada jõudu, painduvust ja tasakaalu. ✔️ Kestus: 4 nädalat, treeningud 2x nädalas ✔️ Kuupäevad: 5., 8., 12., 15., 19., 22., 26., 29. november ✔️ Aeg: Teisipäeviti ja reedeti kell 17:30 ✔️ Grupi suurus: Maksimaalselt 5 inimest – palju individuaalset tähelepanu! ✔️ Hind: 75€ (8x60 minutit + kingitus: 4 stretching tundi) Mida vajad: - Mugavad riided, mis katavad kaenlaalused, alaselja ja jalad (pikkade varrukatega särk ja pikad püksid) - Veepudel ja väike rätik Kursust juhendab kogenud ja inspireeriv treener Evelina, kes loob turvalise ja toetava keskkonna igale osalejale. Peale kursuse lõppu: - Oled omandanud aerial hammocki baastehnikad ja oskused, mis arendavad jõudu, painduvust ja tasakaalu. - Saad enesekindlust ja julgust liituda meie avatud treeningutega, kus saad oma oskusi edasi arendada. - Lisaks, saad nautida 4 stretching tundi kingituseks, mida saad kasutada kas kursuse jooksul või kuu jooksul pärast kursuse lõppu, et toetada oma keha ja täiustada liikumisvõimet. Kohabroneerimine: Koha tagamiseks on vajalik broneerimistasu 25€, mida ei tagastata loobumise korral. Ülejäänud summa tuleb tasuda kursuse esimesel päeval. Kursus algab peagi – ära lase võimalust käest! NB! Kursuse eest saab tasuda ka Stebby piletiga – selleks võta esmalt ühendust meiega!
Cancellation Policy
Refund policy - All sales are final, and there are no refunds. - Cancellation of a reservation is possible up to 6 hours before the scheduled training session. Late cancellations will not result in a refund or credit to the training card. - If a student arrives more than 5 minutes late to a training session, the coach can refuse entry. - Training sessions will only take place when at least 2 students are registered. - Extending the training card is a paid service (a 7-day extension costs €10) and cannot be done after the card has expired. - HIGHTRIBE OÜ reserves the right to make changes to the class schedule. Health and safety policy for clients Medical Disclosure and Approval: - It is the responsibility of each client to keep the studio informed of any medical treatments currently being undertaken. Additionally, clients are required to inform the studio of any changes in their health conditions. Prohibited Conditions for Participation: - Clients are not permitted to participate in training sessions if they are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances that could impair their judgment or physical abilities. Clients with medical conditions that are deemed unsafe for physical activity must refrain from participating. Health and Professional Consultation: - Clients should consult with a physician or other qualified medical specialist for any mental or physical ailments they are aware of before engaging in any physical activities at the studio. The responsibility for ensuring personal health and fitness for participation lies solely with the client. Compliance with Safety Instructions: Clients must adhere strictly to the instructions provided by the trainers and are required to use safety mats during any activities that involve inverted or aerial positions. This is mandatory for the safety of all participants. Liability for Injuries: The studio and its trainers are not liable for any injuries that may occur during or after the class. Clients acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own well well-being and safety while participating in activities at the studio.
