Varasem kogemus ei ole vajalik – alustame lihtsamatest sammudest ja poosidest, liigume samm-sammult edasi ning loome tugeva ja ilusa liikumisbaasi. ✔️ Kestus: 4 nädalat ✔️ Treeningud: 2x nädalas (kokku 7 trenni, 60 minutit) 🗓 Kuupäevad: 30.10, 02.11, 06.11, 09.11, 13.11, 16.11, 20.11. 📍 Ajad: Neljapäeviti kell 20:00, Pühapäeviti kell 17:15 ✔️ Grupi suurus: maksimaalselt 6 inimest = palju personaalsemat tähelepanu ✔️ Hind: 75 € KINGITUS 🎁 4 stretching tundi (kasuta kursuse jooksul või hiljem oma liikuvuse toetamiseks) 👕 Mida vajad treeninguks: Mugavad lühikesed püksid ja top, mis jätavad naha (jalad ja käed) haarde jaoks vabaks. Soojenduseks võib võtta kaasa pikad püksid ja pikema varrukaga pluusi Veepudel ja väike rätik 💪 Peale kursuse lõppu: Oled omandanud postitantsu baastehnikad Su keha on tugevam, painduvam ja tasakaal parem Oled saanud enesekindlust, et liituda avatud treeningutega ⚡ Koha broneerimine: Koha tagamiseks on vajalik broneerimistasu 25 € (ei tagastata loobumise korral). Cancellation Policy
Refund policy - All sales are final, and there are no refunds. - Cancellation of a reservation is possible up to 6 hours before the scheduled training session. Late cancellations will not result in a refund or credit to the training card. - If a student arrives more than 5 minutes late to a training session, the coach can refuse entry. - Training sessions will only take place when at least 2 students are registered. - Extending the training card is a paid service (a 7-day extension costs €10) and cannot be done after the card has expired. - HIGHTRIBE OÜ reserves the right to make changes to the class schedule. Health and safety policy for clients Medical Disclosure and Approval: - It is the responsibility of each client to keep the studio informed of any medical treatments currently being undertaken. Additionally, clients are required to inform the studio of any changes in their health conditions. Prohibited Conditions for Participation: - Clients are not permitted to participate in training sessions if they are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or other substances that could impair their judgment or physical abilities. Clients with medical conditions that are deemed unsafe for physical activity must refrain from participating. Health and Professional Consultation: - Clients should consult with a physician or other qualified medical specialist for any mental or physical ailments they are aware of before engaging in any physical activities at the studio. The responsibility for ensuring personal health and fitness for participation lies solely with the client. Compliance with Safety Instructions: Clients must adhere strictly to the instructions provided by the trainers and are required to use safety mats during any activities that involve inverted or aerial positions. This is mandatory for the safety of all participants. Liability for Injuries: The studio and its trainers are not liable for any injuries that may occur during or after the class. Clients acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own well well-being and safety while participating in activities at the studio.
